Enova365 is modern ERP software based on a modular design, which takes advantage of the newest Microsoft technologies. The Human Resources and Salaries module easily mirrors the complex organisational structure of and ensures compliance with Polish Employment and Labour Law, including employee records and the calculation of salaries, sickness benefits, taxes and ZUS contributions. This system allows for flexibility in defining work schedules and salary structure within the labour law. It also makes it possible to handle multiple-currency payroll. This application also works with the Płatnik programme and time and attendance systems.
