Recruitment process – what to expect?
The HR team along with the managers select the job applications that are most in line with the candidate profile.
Usually, it’s one or two interviews during which our HR Business Partner along with the potential supervisor talk about the company and share more details about the vacant position.
This step may include the review of your knowledge and the skills that you’ve put in your CV.
In the recruitment process for specialist and manager positions, we invite selected candidates to an assessment centre, which is the final part of the recruitment process.
During this session, candidates receive tasks to complete which gives us an opportunity to get to know their skills and potential. Knowledge is important, but for us, motivation and the potential of our employees are the key.
